At Luvory, you’re in control of your personal information. This page explains the privacy choices available to you, with particular attention to residents of California under the CCPA/CPRA.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Luvory does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing you need to opt out of, because we simply don’t do it. If this ever changes, we will update this page and provide a clear, easy way to opt out.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
Because our products are intimate by nature, we treat any information related to your purchases with heightened care. We use it only to fulfill your order and provide our services — never to build advertising profiles or for any purpose beyond what’s necessary. You may ask us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information at any time by contacting us.
Your Other Privacy Rights
As a California resident (and, depending on your state, more broadly), you have the right to:

– Access or receive a copy of your information;
– Correct inaccurate information;
– Delete your personal information;

How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@luvory.co with the subject line “Privacy Request.” To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by law.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your permission and may still verify your identity directly.
Non-Discrimination
We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of experience because you exercised your privacy rights.
