At Luvory, discretion is everything. Every order ships in plain, neutral packaging — no logos, no labels, no hint of what’s inside. The sender appears as a neutral name, and your purchase shows up as a discreet charge on your statement, so your experience stays completely private, from checkout to your door.
processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 3–5 business days — about 3–7 business days total from order confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking code by email to follow your package in real time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak periods.
If we’re ever unable to ship your order within the estimated time, we’ll notify you promptly, provide a revised shipping date, and give you the choice to wait or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund. If we can’t reach you to confirm a delay, we’ll refund your payment automatically.
RETURNS & HEALTH EXCEPTIONS
We want you to shop with confidence. Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
However, due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:
- Any product whose security or hygiene seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with.
- Intimate devices that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
This hygiene policy is standard across the intimate wellness industry and exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Defective or damaged items are always covered — opened or not. If your product arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of when your return is received and inspected, or your right to a refund is confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Tax Compliance and billing
All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors and are governed by applicable U.S. regulations. For your privacy, the charge appears on your statement under a discreet, neutral descriptor — never revealing the nature of your purchase. Luvory collects and remits applicable sales tax in accordance with U.S. state requirements, ensuring every transaction is transparent and fully compliant.
