Our products are crafted from high-quality, phthalate-free, non-porous materials, including body-safe silicone and ABS. Full composition details are provided in the “Premium Materials” section of each product description.

To preserve the lifespan and hygiene of your pieces, we recommend a dedicated toy cleaner or warm water with mild soap. Avoid submerging any device not rated Waterproof (IPX7).

Every product ships with a hygiene seal and in factory-sealed or security-sealed packaging from our U.S. distribution centers. Once the seal is broken, the item is considered personal-use only and can’t be returned.

Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, items whose security seal has been opened or tampered with can’t be returned. Defective items are always covered. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Each lingerie and apparel piece includes a size chart in its product description. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best drape and comfort.

Most of our pieces feature universal, ergonomic designs. For items where size matters (such as rings or anatomy-specific accessories), exact dimensions are listed in inches in the product’s specifications.
